Our motto is "Serving with Integrity".  We are not new to paying and coding medical bills.  The founder of the company, Roxie Thompson is a graduate of University of California, Irvine and has  worked in the insurance field over 20 years.  Her experience is in coding and paying bills and she is a certified medical biller.  Her experience also includes invesitagion of insurance claims, negotiation of settlements of claims, Interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and getting problems resolved timely.  She understands the reasons insurance companies do not pay and the legal ramifications for the insurance companies when they don't pay their bills timely.  Her specialty is in Workers Compensation and she is a licensed claims professional well versed in the litigated aspects of the statute.

Our Practice Management Consultant has worked in administration at  hospitals and physician's office for over 25 years.  She is a trainned medical biller and coder, front office manager and supervisor at one of the largest medical offices in the city of Richmond.  She is skilled in organization and time management and is knowledgiable in Utilization Review.
